To apply online, simply click the “APPLICANT “ link at the top right corner of Smartasia.ph. upon Logging in you can select a job type that interest s you. If you meet the criteria of the position you are applying for, SmartAsia will contact you either via email, SMS or telephone call. We will verify your references and you may be scheduled for a pre screening.
You need to complete the online registration and copy/paste your resume with 2×2 scanned photo. Once you were ask to report at SmartAsia office please bring the following:
- Printed application form and updated copy of resume
- Certificate of Employment
- Trade /Training Certificate
- Original and Photocopy of Passport (should be valid atleast two (2) years)
- Original and Photocopy of NBI Clearance
- 2pcs. 2×2 Photo
Yes, you can apply for multiple positions once you have completed your online application.The application you originally submitted will still be in the system available for you to update and/or submit for another job posting, days or even weeks later.
We will be having a satellite office at Cebu, Davao and Bacolod but as of the moment we conduct our pre screening at the main office through Video Conferencing via Skype.
You’re application is valid 6 months after you pre screening at SmartASia office.
Yes, we will include you on our manpower pool for consideration for other available positions by other employee.
There is no set time frame as to when you will be notified if you are selected for an interview. Please understand that the review process takes time. You will be contacted as soon as interview dates are set.
